  • Workshop registration

  • Workshop materials/lab manuals (will be distributed at the workshop)

  • Lunch as a group function March 25th and 25th

 

  Hotel and travel from your institution to the workshop are NOT covered.

PLEASE NOTE:  You will be responsible for your ground transportation to and from the workshop site.  Please make arrangements prior to your arrival.

 

 

How does it work?

  • Complete and return the workshop registration form to MATEC via mail or fax at (480) 517-8669.  Full payment must accompany registration form.  Registration closes Friday, March 11th.  Please register as soon as possible; spaces fill up quickly.

  • Make your own hotel and travel arrangements to Salem, OR.  Due to the 5:00pm ending time of the workshop, the earliest possible airplane departure is 6:30pm. MATEC will not accommodate early departures.

  • Additional details will be mailed/faxed to you as a confirmation.

Cancellation Policy:

Workshops may be subject to cancellation, and workshop dates, offerings, and locations are subject to change up to 7 days prior to the advertised start of the workshop.  In the event of any of the aforementioned items happening, MATEC will update the changes on its website (www.matec.org) and inform all registered participants of the change via email.  Any workshop fees that have been received at MATEC will be returned/credited to your institution/company.  It is strongly recommended to purchase refundable tickets when making airline reservations.  MATEC will not be responsible for non-refundable tickets.  You may cancel your registration up to 7 days prior to the workshop and your workshop fee will be refunded.  If you need to cancel less than 7 days prior to the workshop, you may send a substitute from your institution/company.  No refunds will be given for cancellations given less than 7 days prior to the workshop.
